Overview
Voronezh Oblast, often referred to as Voronezh State in regional contexts, is a federal subject of the Russian Federation located in the southwestern part of European Russia. Bordered by Belgorod, Kursk, Lipetsk, Tambov, and Rostov regions—and sharing a southern border with Ukraine—Voronezh serves as a strategic and cultural bridge between central Russia and the country’s southern territories.
Covering an area of approximately 52,400 square kilometers, the region features a rich landscape of rolling plains, fertile black earth (chernozem), rivers, and forests. The Don River, one of Russia’s major waterways, flows through the territory, providing vital support for agriculture, transport, and ecology.
The Voronezh Region, located in the heart of European Russia, is a significant economic, cultural, and educational center. Voronezh State Medical University (VSU)
Voronezh State University (VSU) is one of the leading classical universities in Russia, located in the city of Voronezh, a major cultural and economic hub in the European part of the country. Founded in 1918, VSU has grown into a prominent institution known for its rich academic traditions, research excellence, and international collaboration. With over 100 years of history, the university offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across diverse fields of study.
VSU consists of more than 18 faculties, including natural sciences, humanities, economics, law, computer science, and international relations. The university serves over 20,000 students, including a growing number of international students from more than 80 countries.

Important Note
- Service Charges To Be Paid In India.
- In exceptional cases, academic fees can be paid semester wise as well. In that case, first semester fee will be 2690 USD and second semester fee will be 3100 USD.
- Fee must be paid only in the University Authorized Account mentioned in the Admission Offer Letter according to the prevailing exchange rate (USD to INR).
- First year to second year compulsory hostel (from third year students will be allowed to stay outside with the affidavit from the parents).
- Scholarship: The students who perform in academic attendance, academic module and scholarship exams can get the scholarship. Moreover, the excellent student (based on their semester’s exam marks/attendance) – our Educational Trust will pay their 12th semester academic fee.
Service Charge Does Not Includes
Food/mess cost is additional to above package & required to be paid as per the demand (100–120 USD approx. per month)
